The Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Luxury Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a self-employed agent, you will have the opportunity to work with international developers, engage with overseas investors, and assist them in acquiring investment opportunities. You will be responsible for selling luxury homes within the UK and working with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property to prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Stay updated on the real estate market trends, changes in regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts, including property developers and investors, to enhance business opportunities.
  • Participate in social media and other marketing activities to promote properties and attract potential clients.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
