About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Social Services Professional to join our team at Randstad Care. As a key member of our Safeguarding Adults Team, you will play a vital role in protecting vulnerable adults from harm and ensuring their well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the assessment and safeguarding of vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Support the development and implementation of care plans tailored to the needs of individuals.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and other professionals to coordinate services and resources.
  • Participate in safeguarding investigations and contribute to the development of safeguarding plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, care plans, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
  • Newly qualified with a strong desire to work in adult safeguarding.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting adults at risk.
  • A willingness to learn and develop within the field of adult safeguarding.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
