We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Colleague. As a key holder and service advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a wide range of services to our customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful high street service retailer and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Mobile Colleague, you will be trained in all aspects of our services, including key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engraving, shoe repairs, photo processing, dry cleaning, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Deliver a wide range of services to customers, including key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engraving, shoe repairs, photo processing, dry cleaning, and more
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new services and products
  • Contribute to the overall success of the business by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
