Warehouse Operative Job Description

Driver Hire Perth is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Management: Provide raw materials and labels to the production team, ensuring they have what they need to carry out their tasks without delays.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the Production Manager to plan and coordinate daily tasks, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Product Handling: Wrap, label, and store completed goods in the warehouse racking. Ensure that products are despatched correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Order Processing: Collaborate with the operations team to accurately process and store orders. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, and ensure goods are despatched efficiently.
  • Offsite Operations: Manage tasks at offsite storage locations, including unloading lorries/containers and labelling goods.
  • Chemical Handling: Mix chemical solutions required for manufacturing products, and carry out product testing to ensure compliance with BRC, ISO, and Health and Safety standards.
  • Space Optimization: Maximize storage space by arranging materials and goods in the most efficient way possible.
Benefits:
