We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Personal Care Assistant to join our team to support our daughter J, who requires full support in all aspects of daily living.
About the Role:- Provide assistance with personal care, bathing, washing hair, dressing, feeding, and changing.
- Support J with her complex health needs, including epilepsy and wheelchair use.
- Accompany J to swimming and other activities she enjoys.
- Push a wheelchair and drive our fully insured van (must be over 25 for insurance purposes).
- Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs.
- Good spoken English and ability to communicate effectively with J.
- Flexibility and reliability in working hours, including weekends.
- Enhanced DBS check (cost met by employer).
- £12.00 per hour.
- Pension if eligible.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave per year pro rata.
- Full certificated training on all aspects of the role.
Two part-time posts available, with varying hours including weekends and some evenings.
