Job Summary:

Crosby Composites, a leading manufacturer of carbon fibre products, is seeking an experienced Laminator to join our team at our Brackley site. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for laminating and tooling across a range of high-end automotive products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Laminating and tooling of carbon fibre products to the highest industry standards
  • Checking information on engineering drawings for accuracy and clarity
  • Verifying route card instructions to ensure correct processing
  • Contributing to process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and organized work environment
  • Providing attention to detail and ensuring high-quality output

Requirements:

  • Experience in laminating and tooling of carbon fibre products
  • Knowledge of pre-preg autoclave processes
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
