About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Social Work Practitioner to join our Cared for Children service in Tameside. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold a small caseload of complex cases and provide high-quality care and permanence planning for children.
- Support the Team Manager in improving service delivery and provide a mentoring and coaching role for social workers.
- Deputise for the Team Manager in chairing meetings and providing management oversight for cases.
- Contribute to the development of staff learning and development and ensure the production of high-quality work.

Requirements
