We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at Agnew Group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and achieve sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • 5 or more GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent (including English or Maths)
  • Minimum of one year's experience of working within a customer service role.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Team-orientated personality, always willing to help and support others.
  • Willingness to learn and develop while keeping up-to-date with innovations and complex/technical/product information.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Good knowledge of computer applications (MS Office).
  • Full, valid driving licence (aged 21+ for insurance purposes).
