Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Willing Care. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive nursing care to our patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and making a positive impact on resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care, following established protocols and standards to ensure the delivery of quality care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team with precision, care, and full adherence to protocols.
- Monitor patient's vital signs and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
- Provide empathetic support and education to patients and their families about their conditions, and offer continuous guidance throughout their healthcare journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring full compliance with established regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of holistic, patient-centred care and positively impact patient outcomes.
Requirements
- RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin.
- Strong clinical skills and a deep knowledge of best practices in nursing care to deliver the highest quality of care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of patients throughout their treatment.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment, effectively managing diverse responsibilities.
