Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team in Taunton, where you will have the opportunity to work with high-profile clients across the Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear and Marine sectors. As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and installing bespoke equipment and machinery in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining specialist equipment and machinery
  • Working with clients across the Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear and Marine sectors
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to design and develop new equipment and machinery

Requirements:

  • Background in Mechanical Engineering - Essential
  • Previous experience working with hydraulics would be great, but not essential
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings
