Box Office Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Box Office Casual. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling ticketing and guest list queries, and supporting our event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries in a quick and friendly manner.
- Facilitate the guest list and other customer collects, ensuring seamless event experiences.
- Assist colleagues and team members as needed, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Utilize Audience View and AXS ticketing systems to handle queries efficiently and effectively.
- Offer upgrades, exchanges, and ticketing-related solutions, upselling as appropriate to enhance customer experiences.
- Support the Box Office Manager with relevant enquiries, including providing customer feedback and ensuring sales are balanced.
- Deal with issues presented in a polite and positive manner, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and decision-making skills.
- An excellent team player with a highly organized and methodical approach.
- Computer literacy and competence with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A calm, patient, and professional manner, with awareness of client confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Working knowledge of a ticketing platform, ideally Audience View or AXS.
