Baltic Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their manufacturing client's team.
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for executing maintenance duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager/Lead Engineers, following maintenance schedules, inspecting and verifying the status of employer assets, making electrical repairs and adjustments, responding to company maintenance emergency needs, and coordinating efforts across maintenance staff to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
The ideal candidate will have an apprentice-trained background, an Electrical HNC qualification, significant maintenance knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment, a practical hands-on approach to problem-solving, knowledge of electrical systems and PLC fault finding, and the ability to troubleshoot, follow a maintenance schedule, and read electrical schematics.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £41,500 per annum, plus overtime, a day shift role Monday-Friday, working 8-hour shifts, with a requirement to work a 6am-6pm day shift once a week, a pension scheme, 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and an additional day after 5 years' service.
