Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to join our team as Director of Human Resources. As a strategic business partner, you will provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource functions, including talent management, HRIS, employee benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, HRIS, employee benefits, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, including the HR Specialist, to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development initiatives.
  • Provide counsel and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and training.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key employment agencies, placement firms, and recruiting job boards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of comprehensive Human Resources management experience, with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
  • Deep understanding of current HR trends in compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Fluency with primary HR functions, including HRIS, employee benefits, and compliance.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
