As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of cost control and financial reporting duties across all aspects of construction work undertaken by the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver cost control and financial reporting duties to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Collaborate with the Commercial, Estimating and Buying team to develop and implement cost control strategies.
- Provide expert advice on cost management and financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support commercial decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cost control and financial reporting in a construction or related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
