**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of high-rise residential projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a team of construction professionals to deliver high-rise residential projects
* Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet the required specifications
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues on site
* Develop and implement effective construction plans and strategies

**What You'll Need:**

* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on high-rise residential projects
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
