We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer for our UK operations. This role is essential for addressing the technical requirements of our clients and ensuring the seamless integration of our products into their operations. The ideal candidate will be located within the M1/M25 corridor and will need to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a customer-facing capacity.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate trials and initial installations for client approval, establishing standards for installation partners, while addressing technical inquiries from customers.
- Deliver product application solutions tailored to various vehicle types, overcoming challenges while upholding the highest safety protocols.
- Provide technical insights during client meetings to bolster the sales process.
- Develop and nurture relationships with the Brigade Service Partner (BSP) network.
- Offer telephone support to external clients, partners, and internal teams (Customer Services, Sales, and Fleet) regarding troubleshooting and technical product inquiries.
- Participate in UK trade exhibitions, assisting with booth setup, ensuring product demonstrations are operational, and providing on-site support to clients.
