We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Alderbrook Care Home, a leading care provider in Leeds. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care and contributing to the management of our busy care home environment.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of clinical standards within the care home.
  • Support and supervise all departments, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • RGN / RMN / RNLD qualified.
  • Valid PIN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
