Job Title: Hospitality Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Hospitality Assistant. This is a part-time position, working 14 hours a week, and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to provide support to others in need.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a welcoming environment to visitors from around the world, ensuring the centre is tidy, and assisting visitors with various tasks. This will include serving beverages, snacks, and merchandise, as well as collecting visitors using the onsite mini bus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors
  • Ensure the centre is clean and tidy at all times
  • Assist visitors with phone top-ups, data SIMs, and internet connectivity
  • Serve beverages, snacks, and merchandise
  • Collect visitors using the onsite mini bus
Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a high level of customer service and communication skills, as well as retail or hospitality experience. The ideal candidate will be able to organize a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and be proactive in approach to tasks.
