Job Title: Plumbing Specialist

At Masterfix, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumbing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our trade services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional property services to our customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including trade-related tasks and compliance activities.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to rectify faults and maintenance issues.
  • Support other trades when required and maintain a professional image of the company at all times.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to client scanning on/off requirements and maintain accurate electronic worksheets/timesheets.
  • Participate in out of hours call out rota as required and undertake robust site-specific risk assessments.
Requirements:
  • 2 years plumbing experience, ideally specializing in servicing, repairing, and maintenance.
  • NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent (level 2 will be considered with the right experience).
  • Full UK driving license and good IT skills.
  • Excellent customer service/client-facing skills and ability to communicate well both verbally and digitally.
