About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
  • Adhere to our values and beliefs at Nuffield Health, which include being enterprising, passionate, independent, and caring.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of the standard of treatment provided and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, AHPS, and consultants, to optimize patient health and recovery.
  • Support the weekend Orthopaedic rota and contribute to the development of clinical excellence within the team.
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Demonstrate evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting a desire to develop as a practitioner.
  • Be a confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent manual therapy skills and be a competent and confident IT user with strong organization skills.
  • Have the ability to prioritize and deal with a varied workload in an effective and timely manner.
