About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Services Manager to join our team at a Tier 1 contractor based near Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing services packages across various projects, working closely with the bid and estimating teams to ensure feasibility, programme times, and buildability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for services packages across a range of projects
  • Work with the bid and estimating teams to assess feasibility, programme times, and buildability
  • Collaborate with design and commercial teams to establish best practice, price, and procedure for schemes
  • Oversee services packages on site and manage subcontractors through the install process
  • Deal with technical queries, commissioning, and handover
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in both mechanical and electrical services, with a background in electrical engineering. They will be the business unit's electrical lead, able to assess and sign off relevant works and subcontractors. Experience in preconstruction and delivery is essential.
