Empowering Learning: Seeking Teaching Assistants for Special Schools

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistants to join our team at Empowering Learning, working in Special Schools across West/South West London. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEND in a Special School setting
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery
  • Provide individualized support to students with varying needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to travel up to 45-60 minutes for work
  • Professional experience working in a childcare/care/healthcare role (ideally)
  • Up-to-date professional childcare-related references (covering the last 2 years)
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
