Cyber Security On Site Manager Opportunity

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security On Site Manager to join our client's team in South Wales. As a key member of the security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of the client's IT and OT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend regular security review meetings to discuss service performance, recent IT incidents, and trends in support calls.
  2. Provide documented recommendations to mitigate identified risks and offer ongoing advice on application architecture, technology selection, and methodologies.
  3. Review all changes, including project designs and new or enhanced services, to ensure they meet the client's security requirements and industry best practices.
  4. Assist the client's Cyber Security Team in developing business cases and implementation plans for new technologies and modifications to existing technologies.
  5. Conduct risk assessments to identify threats and weaknesses in the IT and OT environments and submit reports to the client's Cyber management.
  6. Provide support and expertise to the ISTP with their six-month review of firewall rules and changes.
  7. Offer advice and recommendations to the client's Water Cyber Security resources on Information Security and Operational Technology initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Intrusion Detection and Prevention Service (IDPS).
  2. Advanced Persistent Threat protection (APT).
  3. E-mail sandbox technology.
  4. Management of the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) infrastructure.
  5. Vulnerability Scanning and remediation.
  6. Real-time metrics portal and monthly reporting.
  7. Threat Intelligence.
  8. Forensic capability.
