Risk Management Associate Director

Location: Ideally commutable to major UK cities but open to candidates with flexible travel arrangements.
Salary: Circa £65,000 - £70,000 negotiable depending on level of experience plus package including:Generous annual leave policy starting at 25 days holidaysPension SchemeDiscretionary bonus schemeNavartis, a leading consultancy, is seeking an Associate Director with a commercial focus to deliver their national programme of works focusing on surface water management, drainage design, sustainable drainage, green infrastructure, master planning, integrated water management, resiliency studies, flood risk assessments, and flood risk projects in the private and public sectors.
Working alongside Technical Directors, the successful candidate will manage and contribute to studies, including flood risk assessments, flood management strategies, Sustainable Drainage (SuDS) design, and numerical flood modelling.
Key requirements include extensive relevant experience, design and management expertise, knowledge of civil engineering design standards, and business development skills.
Chartered Engineer status and proficiency in software packages such as Micro Drainage, XP Storm, Hec-Ras, Tuflow, and ISIS are essential.
A self-motivated individual with a desire to help the team grow and develop is required.
Hold a CSCS card and understand the correct use of personal protective equipment.
Understanding of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 is also necessary.
