About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful engineering firm, supporting their existing ERP systems to deliver value-add solutions that shape and support business processes. You will be working on their Purchase Ledger and E-invoicing modules, ensuring seamless system integration and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze business requirements for system changes, updating stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and document system changes through to implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Coordinate with third-party software partners for system changes and escalations, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system changes meet business requirements.
  • Test upgrades, service packs, and fixes in line with company policies, ensuring system stability and security.
  • Provide third-line support for business systems, resolving complex issues and improving system performance.
  • Assist in developing training materials to ensure effective system adoption and user proficiency.
  • Maintain and configure systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business finance functions.
  • Experience supporting ERP systems, such as COINS, Dynamics, Oracle, or SAP.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Desirable experience in the House Building/Construction/Civils industries.
