Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage digital prosecution files for court, adhering to strict timescales and prioritizing files according to court date.
  • Update records and provide quality checks, utilizing your IT skills to input files onto relevant systems.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, providing timely updates following each court hearing and ensuring victims and witnesses receive accurate information.
  • Progress digital prosecution files through the courts, prioritizing files and ensuring cases are dealt with expeditiously where required.
  • Handle and prioritize internal and external correspondence, researching and forwarding correspondence for action.

Requirements

  • First-class organizational, computer, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze information, re-directing correspondence accordingly.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused environment or supportive network, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing a large volume of files and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Capacity to integrate into an established team and work under your own initiative.
