Last Mile Logistics is a critical component of our supply chain, responsible for the final stages of product delivery to customers. As a Last Mile Logistics Lead at Ericsson, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of logistics operations, from inventory management to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate order plans based on project rollout schedules, material availability, and supply lead times.
- Manage Finished Goods (FG) and Work-In-Progress (WIP) inventory levels, making informed decisions to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement process improvements to standardize and optimize Last Mile logistics models, reducing time and costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply, Projects, and Customer Service, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Own the relationship and process handover points with Supply, Projects, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to generalize and see the bigger picture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to think critically and creatively, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
