Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and process invoices, payments, and credit notes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Job Reconciliations: Conduct regular reconciliations of client accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations: Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • BACS Payment Runs: Process and send BACS payments to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • General Administration Tasks: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Administration and Organizational Skills: Excellent administration and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize work effectively.
