Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated and motivated Support Worker to join our team in Dalkeith. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting four gentlemen who share a large home just outside of town. Our service is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment that enables individuals to thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with medication, personal care, and daily living tasks
  • Assist with cooking, cleaning, and maintaining the home
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their well-being and happiness
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure a seamless and high-quality service
Requirements
  • UK driving license
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable and honest with a strong commitment to supporting individuals with diverse care needs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
