Job Title: Economics Senior Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Economics Senior Analyst to join our team at Consult. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of market access plans, recommending optimal HTA strategies, and providing high-quality materials to communicate the value of products to national payers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine UK/Ireland National Market Access Plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Recommend and lead all aspects of the HTA process for allocated products in UK/Ireland
  • Take a prominent role in cross-functional Franchise teams and ensure Market Access is integral to brand strategy and tactics
  • Produce and disseminate high-quality materials that communicate the value of products to national payers
  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge of HE modelling and value communication using various channels
  • Commission and manage large projects with third-party vendors and internal/external stakeholders
  • Foster in-house development and training of other health economists

Requirements:

  • MSc in Health Economics or equivalent discipline
  • Ability to work at a strategic level within cross-functional teams
  • Good working knowledge and practical experience of

o all methods of economic evaluation

o HTA bodies including NICE and the SMC

o UK and Ireland market access barriers

o development of payer materials

o training cross-functional teams
