About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Finance Business Partner, focusing on Copper Repair and Desk Costs Optimisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our GB Operations team, driving business performance and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing commercial insights and financial expertise to inform decision-making.
  • Lead the analysis and optimisation of copper desk costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the GB Operations team to drive business performance, including period-end reporting, outlook, and MTP (Monthly Target Plan) for copper repair costs and SLGs (Service Level Goals).
  • Communicate complex financial information to non-finance audiences, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and ownership.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and projects, working to tight deadlines and prioritising tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial expertise, with experience in cost analysis and optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
