Job Title: Payroll and Bookkeeper Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Aberdeenshire

Hours: 20 hours per week (Flexible)

Salary: £13,500

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time payroll and bookkeeper assistant. The successful candidate will have previous accountancy experience and be proficient in Sage or Xero.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process payroll end to end for multiple clients on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Review payroll reports to identify any errors and rectify in a timely manner
  • Data entry for bank transactions and invoices
  • Maintain and track financial records for multiple clients
Requirements:
  • Payroll experience (1 year)
  • Bookkeeping experience (1 year)
  • Proficient in Sage or Xero
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
