About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Relief Support Worker to join our team in the Trowbridge area. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals/groups within the home, center, and community.
  • Provide a customized, responsive, and high-quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical, and/or learning disabilities.
  • Deliver services that meet or exceed organizational expectations and standards.
