Sanitation Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for cleanliness? We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Hygiene Operative to join our team at a large food manufacturing business in the outskirts of Maldon.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to support our night cleansing team. As a Hygiene Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to COSH and food safety guidelines.

• Support a team of candidates on the night shift, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Comply with cleaning rotation, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the day shift.
• Follow all procedures and processes, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Report any issues or concerns to your line manager, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain efficiency and productivity.

• Previous experience in a food environment is advantageous, but not essential.
• A go-getter attitude, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good eye for detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards.
• Cleaning experience is desirable, but not necessary.
• Ability to work overtime, depending on the needs of the business.
