Hastha Solutions is seeking a highly skilled AWS Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines using AWS technologies such as AWS Glue, Airflow, Redshift, and Databricks.

• Data Analysis and Organisation: Must have experience in analysing and organising raw data to extract insights and inform business decisions.
• Data Pipeline Development: Must design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using AWS technologies to ensure efficient data processing and storage.
• Data Modelling: Must implement data modelling techniques to optimise data storage and retrieval processes.
• Technical Skills: Must have knowledge of Python, Pyspark, and SQL, as well as familiarity with code versioning using GIT and Jenkins.
• Complex Data Analysis: Should conduct complex data analysis and report on results to inform business decisions.
• Algorithm Development: Should build algorithms and prototypes to enhance data quality and reliability.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several projects to ensure seamless data integration.
• Database Design: Should have hands-on experience with SQL database design to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Certification: Good to have AWS or Databricks associated certification to demonstrate expertise in cloud computing.
• Communication Skills: Very good communication skills are essential to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
