Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Cost Estimator

  • Reviewing electrical schematics, site specifications, and relevant documentation to produce precise estimates for electrical installations.
  • Calculating costs associated with materials, labor, and supplies necessary for project execution.
  • Collaborating with internal teams throughout the bidding phase.
  • Conducting site surveys when required for potential electrical projects and meeting with clients.
  • Office-based role with occasional site visits.

Requirements for the Electrical Cost Estimator Position

  • Proven experience in electrical project estimation with a solid portfolio showcasing a variety of project values.
  • Essential experience in commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary around £50,000, negotiable based on experience.
