Exciting Opportunity for a Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail manager to join our team at Swindon Outlet. As a retail manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, KPIs, and budgets for your store. You will also be accountable for training and developing your team, making commercial decisions to drive profit, and establishing your store in the local market.
