Overview:
As an Activities Coordinator at Kathryn Homes, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through engaging and diverse activities. Your passion for community and wellbeing will be essential in creating a vibrant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a variety of recreational programs tailored to the interests and needs of residents.
2. Collaborate with team members to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
3. Schedule and coordinate activities, including weekend and evening events.
4. Monitor participation and gather feedback to continuously improve offerings.

Compensation:
Hourly rate of £11.50 per hour.

Working Hours:
Full-time position with 40 hours per week, including some weekends and evenings.
