Job Title: Bank Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team at The Lodge in Highbridge.

About the Role

As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs, including Autism, learning disabilities, and behaviors that challenge.

You will work closely with our experienced and friendly team to enable our individuals to lead happy lives in the most independent way possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living skills, including personal care
  • Encourage participation in activities such as swimming, meals out, personal shopping, and family visits
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is caring, committed, and passionate about providing outstanding care and support.

You will need to be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to undergo a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
