About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Eversheds Sutherland. As a key member of our Marketing & BD team, you will play a critical role in driving forward and developing the marketing for our practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and relevant practice leads, partners, and stakeholders to develop and implement high-quality marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop best-in-class, practice-based sales collateral and legal updates that showcase our expertise and thought leadership.
  • Manage events, including global-focused events, to promote our services and build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with international support functions to provide a seamless service to the business.
  • Transform client-facing practice group messaging into sector-specific marketing for our clients.
  • Support key partners and stakeholders in client targeting and business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience in a marketing role, preferably from a professional services firm with international offices.
  • Proven track record of delivering marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives, including strategic events, thought leadership, marketing communications, and business development activities.
  • Ability to prioritize activities that deliver value to our business.
  • Previous experience demonstrating an ability to support campaign-based activity and influence skills to gain credibility across all levels within the firm.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret legal and client-specific issues to devise effective and winning approaches.
