About the Role

This exciting full-time position offers the flexibility of working mostly from home while connecting with our teams at various locations. You'll attend quarterly in-person meetings at our Lichfield hub, making a driving licence and access to a car essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and Attract Top Talent: Utilize CV searches, job boards, referrals, and our internal database to identify and engage with exceptional candidates.
  • Screen with Precision: Conduct in-depth telephone interviews to ensure each candidate is the right fit for our team.
  • Build and Nurture Talent Pools: Encourage and develop candidates, ensuring we have the best talent ready to join us.
  • Manage Relationships: Coordinate interviews, maintain strong communication with hiring managers and candidates, and ensure smooth vacancy closure.
  • Drive Results: Meet KPIs and SLAs while ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven Track Record: Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Outstanding People Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates over the phone or face-to-face.
  • Adaptability and Multi-Tasking: Thrive in a busy, ever-changing work environment with excellent time management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail in managing recruitment systems and databases.
  • Previous Recruitment Experience: In-house or agency recruitment experience is preferred.
