About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Lead to join our team at Allwyn UK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of our database systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the activities of key stakeholders, including the People Team, Legal, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, and Protective Security. You will maintain a central tracking database, provide internal reporting information, and act as the point of contact with the Gambling Commission for all updates, queries, waivers, consents, and notifications.

You will also be responsible for developing and delivering awareness of Fit and Proper within the wider business, owning and maintaining relevant policies and procedures, and acting as an escalation point for any queries generated from Fit and Proper checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of key stakeholders to ensure effective database management
  • Maintain a central tracking database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Provide internal reporting information to support business decision-making
  • Act as the point of contact with the Gambling Commission for all updates, queries, waivers, consents, and notifications
  • Develop and deliver awareness of Fit and Proper within the wider business
  • Owning and maintaining relevant policies and procedures
  • Acting as an escalation point for any queries generated from Fit and Proper checks
