Job Title: Community Facility Co-ordinator

Broadcom Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to lead our Northern Europe portfolio in a high-profile and high-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering day-to-day building operations, third-party contract management, capital/expense project management, strategic planning, and key stakeholder interface.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of facility engineers and contractors to ensure seamless building operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize facility management and reduce costs.
  • Manage third-party contracts and vendors to ensure compliance and quality of service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as facilities management or engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in facility management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Facility/Project Management certification.
  • Advanced Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) Degree.
  • Experience in financial management and budgeting.
