About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Trinity House, a specialist residential service with nursing. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
  • Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all individuals in our care
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required
  • Safeguard and maintain a safe and clean environment for all
