Job Title: Shop Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail manager to oversee the daily operations of our shop. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the shop, driving sales, and minimizing costs. You will lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control the day-to-day running of the shop, including stock management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Lead and develop a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Monitor and control costs, including stock, waste, and energy targets.
  • Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional manner.
