An excellent opportunity has emerged for a permanent Exports Logistics Executive to be part of a reputable organization.
In the role of Exports Logistics Executive, your daily responsibilities will involve liaising with clients, transport providers, and shipping companies. You will be tasked with organizing bookings across various shipping lines and carriers. Additionally, your duties will encompass coordinating collections to meet stringent flight and vessel schedules. Proficiency in an internal system will be essential to ensure accurate customer entries, along with a variety of other administrative responsibilities.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in export operations, ideally with both air and sea freight.
- Capability to complete export documentation and customer declarations, including verifying country-specific requirements and issuing certificates of origin when necessary.
- Familiarity with CNS and Destin8 systems; our forwarding software supports multiple freight modes.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a personable demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- A collaborative team player.
- Excellent skills in English and Mathematics.
