Position Overview: As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as both the 'gateway' and the 'gatekeeper' to the Headmaster, delivering a high-quality, efficient, and confidential administrative and secretarial service that aids in the strategic and operational management of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the Headmaster's schedule and appointments.
- Handle correspondence through various channels, including email and telephone.
- Welcome and assist visitors to the Headmaster's office.
- Proofread documents and maintain accurate meeting records.
We seek a personable candidate with substantial administrative or executive assistant experience at a senior management level. A high degree of technical proficiency is essential, along with exceptional proofreading and written communication skills.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, comprising 35 hours per week over 34 weeks, with an additional 7 hours outside of term time, and one Saturday per term.
