Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Oxford

Salary: £65k - £75k

Hexwired Recruitment Limited is collaborating with a prominent Electronics Manufacturer in Oxford that is currently in search of a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. This role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in validating and verifying regulated products, as you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of a new range of innovative products.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, your responsibilities will include conducting Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing for regulated products and leading a dedicated team of Systems Engineers.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of professional experience in Software testing
  • Proven leadership experience in a commercial setting
  • Experience in testing mission-critical products (e.g., Aerospace, Automotive)
  • Proficient in creating test cases and conducting HIL testing
  • Familiarity with Embedded C programming
