Job Summary

ARC (Norwich) Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 1 Container Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for transporting shipping containers to and from various locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Class 1 vehicles to transport containers between ports, depots, and customer locations.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Comply with all road safety regulations, hours-of-service rules, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle service, and travel reports.
  • Assist with loading and unloading containers as necessary.
Requirements
  • Valid Class 1 (Category CE) driving license.
  • Preferably a clean driving licence with no serious traffic offences.
