Job Description:

We are seeking two passionate and career-driven servers to join our team at Ibai Restaurant. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that guests have a positive experience
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve menu knowledge and service skills
  • Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a server or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Availability to work a minimum of 38-45 hours per week
